Our tools are made either by traditional pattern makers or using CNC machines. We can start from your ideas or sketches, drawings, CAD data or patterns, or we can design "in house" to suit your products.

Tooling is usually made from aluminium or aluminium/epoxy composites, but other materials such as urethane tooling board, wood and MDF may be substituted to economically provide tooling for initial samples and very short production runs.

We also produce heat seal plates (both impulse and heatbank types) and ultrasonic welding fixtures.
